Assemblear.com provides an AR-15 and AR-platform rifle build planning tool that helps users explore, configure, and plan AR-style rifle builds using parts listed by third-party merchants, manufacturers, and partner retailers. Assemblear.com is a planning and discovery tool only — we do not sell, transfer, or ship any firearms or firearm parts.

4. Compatibility Checker — Informational Purposes Only

The compatibility checking feature is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a guarantee of fitness or safety. Assemble Outdoors LLC makes no representations that the compatibility information is accurate, complete, or current. Always verify component compatibility directly with the manufacturer or a qualified gunsmith before purchasing or assembling any parts. Assemble Outdoors LLC is not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, or legal liability arising from reliance on compatibility suggestions.

5. Partner Program

The Partner Portal allows approved retailers to integrate their product catalogs with our Service via a SaaS subscription. Partners must be legitimate businesses complying with all applicable firearms laws. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our Refund Policy. Partners are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their product listings.

6. API Access and Usage

API keys are confidential credentials. Partners are solely responsible for keeping their API keys secure. The API may only be used for syncing product data with the AssembleAR Service. Any other use — including automated scraping, competitive intelligence, or resale of API access — is strictly prohibited.

7. Compliance with Firearms Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any parts you research, purchase, assemble, or possess comply with all applicable federal, state, and local firearm laws. Assemblear.com does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee the legality of any particular build or configuration in your location.

8. No Firearm or Parts Sales

Assemblear.com does not sell, broker, transfer, or facilitate the sale of firearms or firearm parts. All products displayed are sold exclusively by independent third-party vendors and partner retailers.

9. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@assemblear.com if you suspect any unauthorized use.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) submit false or fraudulent product data; (c) attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (d) scrape or harvest data without written permission; or (e) use the API or embed features for any purpose other than their intended use.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ASSEMBLE OUTDOORS LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASSEMBLE OUTDOORS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Assemble Outdoors LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
