This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to the AssembleAR Partner Program, operated by Assemble Outdoors LLC. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a subscription.
1. Free Tier and Trial Access
AssembleAR does not currently offer a free trial for paid partner subscriptions. We encourage prospective partners to review all available documentation, demo embeds, and contact us at contact@assemblear.com with any questions before subscribing.
2. Subscription Fees
Partner subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected at signup. All fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing period. Subscription fees are clearly displayed at the time of purchase.
3. Refund Eligibility — 7-Day Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal date. To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee: • Your refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the charge • This applies to first-time purchases and annual renewals only • Monthly renewals after the first month are not eligible for a refund To request a refund, email contact@assemblear.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances: • Requests made more than 7 days after the charge date • Monthly subscription renewals after the initial period • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service • Requests citing reasons outside of our control (e.g., changes in your business, local regulations)
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your partner dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period. Your access will continue until the end of the paid period. To cancel, go to your Partner Dashboard or contact us at contact@assemblear.com.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Assemble Outdoors LLC reserves the right to issue refunds at our discretion in cases of billing errors, technical failures on our part, or other exceptional circumstances. We review these requests on a case-by-case basis.
